Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Hath. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help make it right.

Returns

 We do not offer refunds for returned products at this time. Only exchanges of products or credit vouchers are currently offered.

Exchanges

 You may exchange a product within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange an exchange of your item or to receive store credit for the cost of your item.

After we receive your returned item, we will notify you that we have received the item. We will then ship the product requested as an exchange, or provide you with a credit voucher to redeem another product at a later date.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any products. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you are exchanging an item or you receive a credit voucher for a returned item, only the cost of the item will be included in the credit voucher. Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges of products.
